Step 1 – Open Your Invitation
Open the email from noreply@uucfay.com titled “Welcome to the UUCF Member Portal” or “You’ve been invited to the UUCF Member Portal.” Click Activate Your Account.
Step 2 – Set Your Password
Create a secure password. Choose one that is:
- Easy for you to remember
- Hard for others to guess
- Unique to this site
Once your password is set, you will be logged in automatically.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
“Invalid or expired link”
Your link may have expired. Email support@uucfay.org for a new one.
“Incorrect password”
Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
Didn’t receive the invitation?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for “Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fayetteville” or “noreply@uucfay.com”
- Add noreply@uucfay.com to your safe sender list

- Confirm your contact information
- Confirm your pledge (first launch year only)
- Set up automatic payments
- Complete your Time & Talent pledge
