Common Login Issues
This article provides quick help for the most common login issues you may encounter when using the UUCF Member Portal.
“Incorrect Password”
If you see an incorrect password message, click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
“Invalid or Expired Link”
If your invitation link is invalid or expired, it may be older than 30 days or has already been used. Email support@uucfay.org to request a new link.
Not Receiving Emails?
Try the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Add support@uucfay.org to your safe sender list
